Exceptional Large Tragant/Sugar Floral Easter Egg

I've had this in my mind for a while to create. I am making only two. I needed to acquire the rights tools and materials. The old German Easter egg bakers craft of ma king sugar eggs and Tragant figures is an art form that is lost. Truly.

They will last for 100 years if kept out of humidity and away from animals. Colorful and sweet. I've taken a large 18" wide imported German paper mache egg and stripped it down. It was labor intensive and costly in materials BUT so so worth it in the end  it’s really a gorgeous piece in person  the colors are bright in the photograph but they really are in person too!  

To have a traditional German style egg take center stage on the sideboard or table. It's gorgeous. The true color is a watermelon pink. Hard to capture the beauty. I find the larger the item, the harder to capture its intricacies. I so hope you can see it!! Measures about 15"-16" tall and wide. Dresden gold trims. Dresden ribbons. Hand printed blocked cherry blossom paper was used as the cross around the egg. It is imported and more fabric than paper. I still have to finish off the bottom with velvet leaves.  Shipping will need to be in a large box. I will work on you with shipping and return any extra overage.
