A Crescent Moon Halloween Lantern “spooning the moon”container

🌙 SPOONING IN THE MOON 🌙

A Little Halloween Love Story…

An original Victoria William Collection design, handcrafted in the spirit of 1930s honeycomb Halloween lanterns.

Two sides. Two moments in time. One love story.

On one side, an elderly couple sits together on the crescent moon, still very much in love after all these years.

But this is Halloween, and the moon has a little mischief up his sleeve!

With a playful wave of her red handkerchief, the old gentleman and his sweetheart are suddenly young again!

So startled by the transformation, the poor fellow loses his balance and tumbles right off the moon! Fortunately, his sweetheart catches him by the coat just in time.

Or perhaps the story begins on the other side…

Perhaps the moon is showing two young lovers a glimpse of their future—a lifetime spent together, growing old, still laughing, still flirting, and still spooning beneath the stars.

After all, some love stories are simply written in the stars. 🌙

Handcrafted honeycomb Halloween lanterns, inspired by the charm and whimsy of Halloween past.

Available here at Victoria William Collection.  Measure 8” all around. Enjoy!!
