Inspired  from the designs of an early 1929s witch on a broom. This one is adapted with a classic checkered band and the old familiar crescent man in the moon. Honeycomb insert and all paper crepe ruffles and poms . Front and back identical    Antique Pedit Choses brass diecut figures on bows will use them till my supply runs out….petit Chises closed its doors after 911  they were a NYC design company  

Each paper hat is handcrafted to order and produced in limited quantities for the 2026 Halloween season.
