Artist vintage cat bat Halloween Hat FOR children or Lanterns

This handmade Victoria William Collection hat was created from my own design in rich orange red, black with gold yellow accents.  Gorgeous honeycomb design on interior  back same as front  great trims!! Fabulous bows!!!!

This hat is about 1.5” shorter in world thy thennmynusuals  itnwill fit a woman’s small head or a child easily  total length is 13” wide  

Each hat is handcrafted to order and produced in limited quantities for the 2026 Halloween season. There may be slight variations between hats,due to the handmade aspect
