40” handmade Santa. Luxurious velvets, double lined cloak and the richest of trimmings. Faces and hands are all original handmade and one of a kind. He brings fruits, nuts and coins to good little children.  He is absolutely gorgeous. His robe is the largest and fullest I have ever made. Without the tie the robe was two inches on the ground. It weighs over 5-6 lbs alone!! Antiques are loaded around him as accessories 

 Emerald Saint Nicholas Fruit giver 

Some say that on a snowy December night, a gentle traveler appears—the Emerald Saint Nicholas. He wears a heavy green velvet cloak, lined with soft silk and trimmed with fancy fringe that sways as he walks. On his head rests a little crown made of winter fruits and shining coins that sparkle like tiny stars.

Every year on the night of December 5th, children place their shoes outside their doors, hoping he will come. And when the moon is bright and the world is quiet, the Emerald Nicholas walks from house to house. Where he sees shoes set out neatly, he leaves small surprises:

golden coins for good luck, winter fruit for health, and sweet treats for kind behavior.

If a child had a harder year and didn’t always behave, he leaves a simple wooden stick—not to frighten them, but to remind them that everyone can choose kindness next time.

By the morning of December 6th, children rush to their doors to find what he has left. And far away, the Emerald Saint Nicholas walks on through the snowy woods, his velvet cloak wrapped warmly around him, spreading kindness wherever he goes.
