Inspired by the charming paper Halloween decorations of the early 1900s, the Victoria William Collection is delighted to present a new series of handcrafted Vintage-Inspired Paper Halloween Hats.

Each design has been lovingly created by hand—from mischievous black cats and glowing jack-o’-lanterns to crescent moons, vintage ribbons, and timeless Halloween charm. A honeycomb insert is color coordinated for every hat. Attaching both front and back together.  Vintage brass buttons from every facet of American life are curiously placed on each bow. You never know which American history button you will get!   Every hat is a one-of-a-kind, artist-designed creation, inspired by the golden age of Halloween and thoughtfully crafted to become a treasured addition to your vintage Halloween collection and a favorite part of your seasonal displays for years to come.
